イメージ
I will introduce about one of the my favorite Ramen shop, ICHIRAN. They provide Tonkotsu Ramen only. They are not only expanding the business in Japan, but also their business is spreading out the overseas. A lot of their store is located in Japan. I often go to Yokohama Station West Exit shop. So I went to there this time. and it takes 5 minutes on foot from Yokohama Station. Then I will tell you about 3 charm of ICHIRAN. First, I like their order- style. First of all, we buy a ticket from food token machine. Next, store employee hands order sheet to us when we sit the seat. The sheet is like this and we can choose thickness, spiciness, hardness and whether you need onion, garlic and roast pork. Finally, pass the food token and order sheet to clerk, I think the system is very kind because we can think slowly to eat delicious Ramen. Second, Their cleanliness level is so high. I think almost Ramen shop's table is greasy. However, ICHIRAN's table is not like this, they main

My Favorite Noodles Dipped in Thick Flavorful Sauce Shop, Kuriyama

イメージ
I hadn't ever been to a shop where the noodles are dipped in a thick flavorful sauce shop but I went there last Thursday night. The shop's name is Kuriyama. It takes 7 minutes on foot from Hakuraku Station. The shop name is written on noren on the left, but that day, there was a strong wind, and the noren was lifted by the wind all time when I was in there. So I couldn't take a perfect picture. I ordered a large serving of noodles and dipping sauce with seasoned egg. It may be difficult to understand from this picture, but this shop's amount of noodles is too much. If you order it, please be careful because large size is so much than I had imagined. but the soup tastes of pig bone and seafood. So the food is not only thick but also has a  plain taste. The feature of this shop is the soup thickness changes by time. If you want to eat more plain noodles, you should go to the shop by noon. If you want to eat more thick noodles, you ought to go there at night. I wan

A Famous Ramen Noodles Shop

イメージ
If you live in Kanagawa and you like ramen noodles, I think you have known this shop's name because t he  ramen noodle store is registered on the Michilen Guide Tokyo 2015. The name is  鶏喰(trikku)~TRICK~. It takes 1 minute on foot from Yoshinocho Station. They treat the soup is based salt or soysouce. Everyone says "Soysouce soup is more delicious than salt soup", but I tried salt and ordered "Tokusei Shio" that day. "Tokusei Shio" 's toppings are eggs, roast pork, ham, meatball, wonton. As lightly seasoned soup's flavor has soaked into the ingredients, it is very delicious! However, there are always a long line of customers. You should go a little early if you eat the noodles immediately. I want you to go there! 鶏喰~TRICK~ Address: Yoshinochou4-20, Minami, Yokohama, Kanagawa Hour :11:00-14:00,18:00-21:00 (They close when their soup are sold out.) My Favorite Big Bowl of Rice Shop, Sato-no-udon

イメージ
Today, I will write about Sato-no-udon. The shop is big rice bowl shop. The location is in Kamakura. I don't know how much time it take from the nearest station because I often go by car. However I think it takes 15 minutes on foot from Kamakura Station.  I'll try to introduce Sato-no-udon's appeal. First, the shop that attracts people by Baradon is excellent. Baradon is bowl of rice that t this is their advertising menu. This meat is rib and seasoned sweet soy sauce. I recommend using mayonnaise like this picture. The rice bowl becomes more delicious. If mayonnaise is not already on your table, please order it. It is free. Second, please look at the second picture. The shop   staff very kind. As Kamakura is one of the famous sightseeing spots in Kanagawa, some foreign people were in this shop when I went there on Wednesday of last week. Also, in this shop, a map is written in English that shows how to take a trip to Kamakura. I forgot to take a picture, so please chec

A Little Luxury Korean Barbecue-Gyukaku

イメージ
I will  write about a Korean barbecue shop that I seldom go to. However, I think you know this shop because there are many locations in Japan. The shop's name is Gyukaku. I went to Yokohama Kitasaiwai store this time. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Yokohama Station. Gyukaku serves Korean barbecue. We can choose all-you-can-eat or a la carte. If you order all-you-can-eat, you can choose all-you-can-drink. Alcohol drinks are included on the menu and the price is 1000 yen. I think all-you-can-eat and all-you can drink are a more reasonable price than a la carte. Now I will tell how to eat in this shop.  First, push the button on your table to call a waiter.  Then you order some items you want when the clerk comes to our table. The menu includes parts of beef, chicken, pork, rice, soup, fried food, salad and so on. Second, put the meat on the grill yourself when its served. I recommend you wait a minute to heat the grill whenever you use the grill yourself  -becau

Oil Noodles Burabura-I think it is Noodles Revolution

イメージ
I want to write about an interesting noodles shop. The shop's name is Burabura.  It is located in Yokohama. It takes about 8 minutes on foot from Yokohama Station. Burabura provide Oil Noodles. Oil Noodles is like ramen without soup. The shop's explanation of how to eat the noodles is only written in Japanese. So I will write the shop's recommendation how to eat in English. There are seven steps to enjoying your meal. If you follow these steps, you can eat more delicious Oil Noodles. I topped my noodles with soft-boiled egg and corn this time. First, you stir it. Kaeshi is the bottom of the noodles served in the bowl. Kaeshi is a flavor which is based soy. Then you eat it as it is. Second, add garlic as little as possible. As Kaeshi's taste is enough, I think garlic isn't necessary.Third, be careful when you add red pepper into your Oil Noodles, Fourth, vinegar can change the taste and improve the noodles. Fifth, add chopped onions. The chopped onions are ver

Spice Pierrot-My Favorite Soup Curry Shop

イメージ
I would like to write about my favorite soup curry shop. The shop's name is Spice Pierrot . The store is located in Tsurumi and in the basement of Tsurumi Fuga. It takes about 3 minutes on foot from Tsurumi Station. Spice Pierrot provide four kinds of  soup curry. The kinds of soup are Red, Black, White and Green. I recommend White curry if you don't like hot, spicy food because White soup curry is not only sweet, but also spicy. You can order the curry set or a la carte. I often order the Men's Soup Curry Set. The set includes curry, salad, drink and nan bread or rice. You can choose tenderloin cutlet or a cream-crab croquette for your curry. I think the best point of this shop is the   rice as you can order as much rice as you like, even if you choose nan bread . When I heard about this system, I thought it was a joke. However, it is true. As I eat a lot, the system is helpful for me. I don't know, if this system is fasionable in the curry industry, but it is
